The Space:
This is a main floor unit only.
The living room is tastefully designed with ample seating space for everyone. There is also a 50” HD LED Smart TV connected to Netflix and blazing fast 150mb/s internet.
The massive kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz counters and custom built-in benches around an island with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes, cutlery, cookware you’ll need - tea and coffee included!
Need to get some work done during your stay? We’ve also created an office space just off the living room complete with a desk and chair.
Next to the bathroom you’ll find a stackable washer and dryer with ample detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets for your use! If you forget any essential toiletries at home we’ve got you covered.
Down the hall you’ll find the home’s 3 bedrooms. There are two queen beds with pillow-top memory foam mattresses and a double bed. All bedrooms have bedside tables with lamps and charging cables for both android and apple devices. Each bedroom has soft sheets, duvets, and 4 pillows with extras in the closet as well as fan to stay cool or just for white noise!
Out front you’ll find tandem parking for 2 vehicles as well extra street parking if required!

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. If property issues are brought up at the end of the stay, no refunds will be applied, as it was not brought to our attention to address.

SECURITY DEPOSIT :
A security deposit of $500 will be collected 3 days prior to your checkin date. This will be a HOLD not a charge on your credit card. In the event there is any damage to the property or broken house rules during your stay your card will be charged accordingly. The hold will be automatically released within 7 days after your departure. If there is no damage or violations, there is nothing you need to do. Please note that CITYBNB reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $1500 to the method of payment if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover the claim from the payment method on file.
