95 km north-west of Helsinki. Lake Hirsjärvi 300 m (length 15 km, breadth 100 m). 300 meters to the lake shore, which is in common use, boats. Beach is suitable also for children (shallow sand/clay bottom).
High standard former stewards house near owners manor, living room/bedroom with 2 beds, kitchen, foyer, bathroom with toilet and shower. Open porch, WiFi. DVD on demand.

Seeteri is a farm in Somero, just over an hours drive from Helsinki, Tampere or Turku. We have cottages with their own lakefronts and boats on Lake Hirsjärvi. All cottages and residences are beautifully furnished to the last detail; reading lamps, candles, nice tableware matches with decor; a true home away from home.
The surroundings are fertile croplands, groves, farmhouses and manors, kilometres of verdant Hirsjärvi shoreline. In places the lake is a kilometre wide, in others it tapers into a river.
Any season of the year is a wonderful time to enjoy a leasure week, a refreshing weekend or a relaxing evening of sauna.
4 km Seeteri Sport -route on nearby terrain, part of it suitable also with child pushchair. Route is available also in winter time. Terrain near Seeteri is fine also for snowshoe hiking (owner rents out snowshoes). Skiing tracks in 1 km and 4 km distance. Very good opportunities for cycling, mushroom picking and bird watching. Clear water Hirsjärvi lake is ideal for fishing, especially pike perch fishing. Client can also use the common beach of Seeteri, which is suitable for children (shallow sand/stone bottom), boats for use. In Seeteri yard area there is a childrens play area.
Summer restaurant, market place and Ämyri dance pavilion 5 km. Somero center 9 km, where bowling, ice hockey halls, riding manege, library, super markets, stores, restaurants, Hill Side golf 45 km, Alhovuori skiing center 38 km. Turku 85 km, airport 100 km.
Pets are also welcome; please inform the owner if You have a pet with You. Please keep Your pet on a leash, thank You.
