As you step inside this beautiful home, you'll be greeted by one of two open and airy living spaces, featuring comfortable furnishings and plenty of natural light. This living room is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, with a large sectional sofa, flat-screen TV, and a cozy electric fireplace.
Still have some energy left? Enjoy a game of pool, or serve up a cocktail at your very own living room bar equipped with wine fridge.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, with modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to whip up delicious meals for your group. There's plenty of seating in the adjacent dining area, where you can enjoy meals together and plan your adventures for the day.
The home features five spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated and designed with your comfort in mind.
There are three bedrooms on the main level of the home:
Bedroom 1: Has a queen bed, smart TV and a desk and chair set up. Perfect for the person who needs to get some work done on your trip!
Bedroom 2: This room has a queen bed, a smart TV and is connected to a Jack and Jill bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Also connected to the Jack and Jill bathroom, this room has a king size bed and a smart TV.
Head up to the second level, where you will find the second living room, private balcony, dining table, large kitchen, and two more bedrooms.
Bedroom 4: This room features a bunk bed, the top is a twin and the bottom is a full. This room has a pocket door into the primary suite, perfect for the kids!
Bedroom 5: This is the primary suite which boasts tons of natural light soaking up the California king bed, Jacuzzi tub and oversized shower. There is also a walk in closet and a smart TV.
You have access to the entire home! Parking for 3 cars, private pool, private patio and garage.
The dock is shared with other tenants in the complex. You cannot use the boat slip, but you can use the dock for kayaks or paddle boards, both can be rented nearby.

We are walkable to just about everything OC has to offer!
To help plan your trip, you can use our cross streets as location reference, Bay Ave and 6th Street. We know how important location is while enjoying Ocean City!
-20 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk
-15 minute walk to Downtown shops on Asbury Avenue
-Just a 10 minute drive to Circle Liquor, which is the closest liquor store on this dry island!
-No parties, smoking or unauthorized guests. You cannot smoke on the pool deck or dock.
-The pool is not heated, but gets amazing sunlight so is usually very warm! It will be open end of May through mid September, weather permitting.
-Please monitor children while on the pool deck
-Dogs under 25lbs are permitted with a fee of $500

We’ve had some past issues in the past, so these rules are here to help keep everything running smoothly. If anything seems unclear or if you have any questions, just ask – we’re here to help!
House Rules:
No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
No Sand - please make sure to wash off any sand before entering the home. Let’s keep the beach at the beach!
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.
Age Requirement:
Guests must be 25 years or older.
Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
