Our guesthouse is located in the heart of Historic Old Northeast; a quiet and charming residential area with tree lined brick streets. We are walking distance to many restaurants and cafes, only a 5min drive to downtown St Petersburg (DTSP), 10 minute walk to Vinoy Park, 25min drive to TPA and a 20 minute drive to the beautiful, St. Pete beach.

Two spacious queen size bedrooms with walk in closets, a small balcony with seating to enjoy your morning coffee and a full bathroom on the top floor which both bedrooms have private access to.
