Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Robin was the "hostess" that we called for help. The door mechanism was impossible without a coach- it involved pressing a button, waiting for beeps & spinning the lock after a 10 digit code was entered. Robin walked me through it. Then I could not access my email with the wifi code, so had to call her again. She was cheerful & helpful. She gets an A+.
Negative: Getting in the unit upon arrival- as mentioned above. We never could get the TVs to work. Carpets needed a shampoo & the kitchen linoleum was getting pretty worn. The additional fees are mentioned in the fine print- and they are about 1 & 1/2 times the price listed for the rental. Listed price for us was $254 & final cost was $619. So it almost seems like a bate & switch.
Summary: We needed a place at the last minute & this worked for us- but be aware of the added fees.
