This handsome property is located in the seaside village of Mundesley on Norfolk s north-east coast less than half-a-mile from the village s wide sandy beach backed by a row of colourful beach huts. The village itself offers an array of shops as well as a welcoming pub serving food and a beach front cafe which is a great spot to relax over lunch after a morning at the beach. 9 miles north of the village the popular resort town of Cromer is a fantastic place for a daytrip with its numerous restaurants traditional pier and excellent beach-front facilities. The ground floor is finished with wooden floors and contemporary art works in both the comfortable lounge with its TV/DVD and the spacious kitchen-diner which not only offers a dining table seating 14 but also a second casual seating area with sofas and a cosy wood burner. The kitchen area is well-equipped with everything that keen cooks will need to make themselves at home including an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs there are seven bedrooms all of which are en-suite. Four of these are king-size rooms with one room being slightly smaller with access to the bed from one side only. One twin room and two singles complete the accommodation in the main part of the house. A separate ground-floor studio situated to the side of the main house with its own entrance is an ideal couple s retreat and can be booked separately alongside the main property. This bijou hideaway comes with a well-equipped kitchen a conservatory area with a TV sofa and dining table and an open-plan sleeping area with a king-size bed next to which there is an en-suite shower room. Patio doors from the main kitchen/diner open directly onto the garden the perfect spot for enjoying al fresco dining thanks to the garden furniture provided by the owners.
