A second King Bedroom w/ Flat Screen TV and Oceanfront Balcony Access shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with tub/shower combo with another Bedroom featuring a Pyramid Bunk and Twin Bed. The fifth bedroom is a Master King Suite with flat screen TV and a slider to the oceanfront hot tub and deck. A washer/dryer is also located on this level so everyone in the house can conveniently locate the laundry area.
The top level will be the family's favorite destination for post-beach entertainment thanks to a bright and sunny living area with large flat screen TV/DVD/VCR and access to the oceanfront deck with picnic table. The large and airy kitchen is found nearby with new granite countertops which features 2 dishwashers, full fridge w/ icemaker and a wet bar with wine fridge, as well as the dining area which can accommodate up to 20 hungry vacationers. A convenient half bath is located nearby. Towering windows and slider doors enticingly frame the brilliant ocean views and guests can also retreat to one of two King Master Bedrooms on this level, one of which features a Jacuzzi and separate shower.
