Villas La Torre are three nice adjacent villas , each with private access and private garden, so ideal if you are a large group or more families travelling together and wishing to spend a holiday together but keeping your privacy. The villas are located in a quiet street, very close to the beach and also close to the Ancient Tower of Campofelice!
- One of the villas offers 2 matrimonial bedrooms (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs) and 1 twin bedroom (with bunkbeds - ground floor), 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs and 1 on the ground floor, each bathroom has a shower). The upstairs bedroom have air conditioning (which is also in the living room and reaches also the other bedrooms). A single foldable extra bed can be added in the upstairs lobby/corridor, offering a total of 7 sleeping places (plus a cot if needed).
There is of course an equipped kitchen with dining area/living room, a spacious terrace where you can also eat outside, a private garden with grass and private parking for 2 cars.
- The second villa is attached to the villa described above and offers exactly the same rooms and equipment (only the furniture color is different).
- The third villa is slightly larger and located in front of the two villas described above; this villa offers 2 matrimonial bedrooms, 1 tiny bedroom in the mansard (suitable just for children as the roof is low), 1 sofa bed (sleeps 1) in the living room, 1 full bathroom with shower and one half bathroom (WC and sink), kitchen/living room, terrace, private garden, private parking for 1 car.
- The villas have a total of 8 Bedrooms (plus 1 tiny bedroom in the 3rd villa), 5 full Bathrooms with shower, 1 half bathroom, 1 outside shower (in the third villa), and can sleep up to 18-20 adults/children and 3 babies in cot.
ALL TERRACES are equipped with table & chairs, where you can have your meals together (each terrace is large enough for a big table and around 10-15 people around it) and make barbecues while having some relax on the garden!
EACH villa has its own garden, entrance and parking space. The villas are part of a larger property with another independent apartment located at a few meters (the Apartment La Torre, also advertised in this website) which could be rented also if you are more than 20 people. If you are less than 15 people you may consider renting only 2 of the villas, with a price saving, the third villa is independent so privacy is ensured in any case, feel free to ask!
The villas have access to a pool from beginning of June to end of September. The pool is "almost" private as it is shared only with 2 other apartments.

• 70% REFUND
We will refund 70% of the advance payments, plus you keep 100% of the final payment due on arrival
• 100% CREDIT
You will get a credit of 100% of the paid amounts at the time of cancellation which you can use to reschedule your reservation at any time, up to one year from the original dates, PLUS :
• The credit can be transferred to a friend or relative in case you are unable to use it
• Price is locked, in case the rates increase before you confirm the new dates
• You can exchange the credit with a refund up to 70%* should you change your mind or be forced to cancel again

The Emergency Cancellation Policy set above will be applied only if emergency travel restrictions are officially in place in either your Country or in Sicily and it’s valid up to 30 days before the arrival date (extendable by paying an extra, please contact us for more info), after that we may still consider a partial refund/credit, to be determined case by case. The policy may be exceptionally applied also for flight cancelled by the carrier due to sanitary emergency, subject to our approval (evidences will be required). Refunds and credits refer to paid amounts except any website’s booking/service/administrative fees (which are refunded at the website’s discretion). The policy is valid for bookings in 2021.
*The exchange for a refund will be available until 90 days from the new booking’s arrival date. The amount of the refund will decrease progressively from 70% to 20% as the 90 days limit approaches.
