The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house built in 1986, was renovated in 2021 and is furnished in a luxury style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. This property is a romantic accomodation. Available for use: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Kamp-Bornhofen, 125 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1250 sqm garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The holiday flat is barrier-free. The number of bedrooms is adapted to the number of guests. If you need all the rooms, please get in touch with us. Centrally located between Koblenz and Rudesheim you can from us from visiting the many interesting sites and activities.
Direct from the house, you can hike the Rheinsteig.
Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property. Per apartment we reserve for you 1 parking space, more free parking facilities are in place.

For each apartment one parking space in the courtyard is reserved The hallway is tiled and has a small ramp so wheelchair users can move freely around the apartment. Entrance door (160 wide). On request is related with Allergy references. Living room (11 sqm) with sitting area, TV, radio, stereo system, DVD player and CD player. Bedroom (21 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 cot and TV.
