Summary: The first day of arriving we could not get the TV's and gaming consoles to work. They had to send someone over, the bill was not paid by the owner, they got them to work. Then the next day towards the evening we realized the internet went out and we had to wait until the following day to have someone come and fix that. The cleanliness of the house was mediocre. The big cold air return on the wall in the kitchen was filthy and all the bathroom exhaust fans were filthy. The floors, either the hard floor or the carpet, not sure if it was one or both were dirty. If you wore your white socks around or bare feet they were black! The BBQ grills themselves were cleaned but the bottom of the BBQ was not, we had to be really careful grilling because the stuff on the bottom of the BBQ would catch on fire. We loved how spacious the house was, the pool was great to have and the kitchen was pretty well stocked.
