Welcome to Leonardo Arms 308, a two-bedroom, two-bath gulf-front vacation destination in paradise with a one-month minimum stay. This condo is located near the southern end of the island. Santini Marina Plaza is just across the boulevard touting numerous restaurants and shops, and behind that on the bay is Fishtail Marina with its own restaurant, boat charters, rentals and docks. There is a Trolley stop along the boulevard where you can climb aboard and go either up or down the entire island. Taking the Trolley north takes you to the bustling Times Square area with its myriad of shops, restaurants and night life. To the south one can visit Lover's Key State Park, a natural Florida environment with natural beaches and tropical foliage. Bird lovers will enjoy the wide variety of colorful birds. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. Amenities at the resort include one covered parking space and ample guest parking, a very nice garden area with large heated pool overlooking the Gulf, gas grills with outside dining area and shuffleboard courts, all literally just steps to the beach where miles of secluded white sugar sand beach awaits. This condo has ceiling fans throughout, all linens and towels provided, complimentary WiFi and on-site laundry facilities.
Upon arrival there are luggage carts available at ground level to make settling in a breeze. Access to Leonardo Arms 308 is then via elevator to the third floor and into the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen has plenty of hard surface counter space and cabinets, and all the necessary items to make full course meals should you so desire. Appliances include a range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. The adjacent dining area has a buffet and a table seating six. This flows into the living area, which is nicely furnished. Opposite the seating area is a corner credenza with large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access out to the gulf-front furnished balcony that is just a stone's throw from the beach with an amazing 180 degree view of the beaches and coastlines.
The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, dresser and large flat screen TV. The bathroom has a single piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, full wall mirror, commode and combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with two single beds with night stand and lamp. The bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, mirrors, commode and a tiled walk-in shower with sliding glass doors.
The island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few.
