Once you get to the beach, it is no problem if you forgot something at the house, need to use the bathroom or want to make sandwiches for lunch for the kids. Just stroll back to the nearby house with ease. The home's close proximity to the beach also makes it easy to pack in more walks (or runs!) on the beach, more seashell & sharks teeth explorations, more sandcastle building expeditions and, most importantly, more quality together time for you & your family.

Guests enter Rainbow Reef by taking the steps from the driveway to the front porch and entering the front door of this elevated home. On the lower level of this home, you will find the living room, dining area, kitchen, screened porch, guest suite, bunk bedroom, guest bedroom and Jack & Jill bathroom. On the second floor you will find the primary suite with access to a private, covered balcony. Washing machine & dryer are located on the lower level near the kitchen.
DOGS CONSIDERED, DOG FEES MAY APPLY, PLEASE INQUIRE. Cats are NOT permitted.
Tenant must be 25 years old. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.
