Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Lorna was helpful to my nephew, and checked in later to ask if everything was fine. She was helpful when we enquired about the washing machine ( tumble dryer ) which turned out to be totally different as we thought it was a Dual combo of washer and dryer. We had to take it to the laundry service as it was not drying out even if it was hanged.
Negative: The noise of the construction and dust all around the floor level ( coming from the new towers being built across ) The guards were so strict with their requirements that it made our 1st impression not very pleasant. They were not able to find our bookings on their front book. They kept on following us until they can record the actual unit number, so we had to asked my nephew to intervene by phone to sort it out. With the weather so hot & humid, it did not helped at all.
