The primary bedroom is on the top level & has a lovely sitting area with a cozy balcony. Each bedroom offers lake views, has a private bathroom & is separated from the main living areas offering quiet retreats. For the kid in all of us, some closets even have slides taking you down each floor. FUN! The lush backyard features a beautiful pool surrounded by 4 lounge chairs, sitting & dining areas. A separate patio offers lake access with SUP boards and kayaks & perfect spot for a boat pick up. In the front courtyard, guests can play a game of basketball. This property is regularly set for 10 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 18 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which are set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.” Boat and Jet Ski tie up is available with advanced approval.
