Welcome to my beautiful apartment located a few blocks from the Rue de la République.## Space
My apartment is located in a beautiful building in Marseille, completely renovated with beautiful common areas.
It is composed of: two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom.
Bright and warm, it will offer you all the comfort you need during your stay. It is ideal for 6 travelers.
The apartment is located in a pleasant street, not very busy and perpendicular to the Rue de la République. The Haussmannian artery, which connects the Old Port to the Joliette. You will be located in the heart of the city, near the "Marseille Saint Charles" train station and the Old Port, in a neighborhood full of stores, supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas and other amenities. You will also find public transportation on the Rue de la République, a few blocks from the apartment.

To reach the apartment :
- from the Saint-Charles train station: about 10 minutes on foot or take the metro 2 (red line) Ste Marguerite Dromel then get off at the Jules Guesde stop and walk 2 minutes
- from Marseille Marignane airport: take the shuttle bus to the Saint-Charles train station then follow the directions above
If you come with your car, you can park at the Q-Park Marseille Phocéens

The bedside table in the bedroom has been damaged. As a result there is a mark against the wall.

We wish to preserve the tranquility of the place and the state of the apartment, we expect from our guests an attention and a care to its measure! A meticulous inventory of fixtures will be made before and after your stay.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment. If these measures are not respected: 200 € will be taken from the deposit.

- No noise or rowdiness during late hours (after 10 pm). If these measures are not respected: 200 € will be taken from the deposit.
- No animals. If these measures are not respected and we find suspicious hairs or feathers: 150 € will be taken from the deposit.

Any transgression of the rules, incivilities, damages, will immediately be the subject of a dispute and a request for deduction of your deposit from Airbnb (degraded housing, housing left very dirty, smell of cigarette, ashes or cigarette butts, complaint of the neighborhood, etc.)

The cleaning fee includes:
