Welcome to my house! 65 sqm in the green, quiet and served district of Coverciano; You will find everything you can to serve in every day life, even the unfailing WI-Fi free. Easily reachable from the Firenze Sud toll booth, served 200 meters from the 6 bus to / from the city center, and from / to Central Station and 300 meters from other buses to other destinations. In the neighborhood: 4 supermarkets, post office, bars, restaurants, various shops, parks and close to Obihall, Figc, Lungarno, Stadium and much more. MINIMUM STAY 2 NIGHTS. In our spacious 65 m² apartment, we can accommodate up to 4 people and have: *** Entrance equipped with cabinet and, mirror and hanger and umbrella stand. *** A modern and complete kitchen equipped with: plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, pots, stove, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a comfortable peninsula with 2 stools, balcony with curtain and (if time allows it) table with two chairs, drying rack. *** A cozy living room equipped with: double sofa bed, large 6-seater table, 40-inch LED TV, bookcase (searchable books), parlor games, floor lamp for soft light and standing fan. *** A bathroom equipped with: sink with large mirror (hand soap provided), shower (shampoo provided), toilet, bidet, heated towel racks, washing machine (detergent not supplied) and cabinet with first aid kit; *** A bright bedroom with: large double bed 1.60x 2.00 meters, wardrobe 6 doors, 2 weeks and large mirror (a travel cot complete with mattress, pillow, mosquito net if you have a small child- well known: sheets and pillowcase are not included for the cot) *** Mosquito nets in every window. *** Wi-Fi free *** During your stay you can enjoy: Towels and linen (except bed linen for babies that is not provided) according to the number of guests. Long stays, extra linen. Essentials: hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher tablets. I DO NOT PROVIDE laundry detergent and shower gel. !! PLEASE NOTE: - We usually prepare the double bed IF you want to sleep instead, one in the room. and one on the sofa bed, WARNING BEFORE ARRIVAL; In the livable and green district of Coverciano it is possible to save money and avoid the chaos of the city. Reach the center of Florence (and also the central station) by bus 6 (stop 200 meters from the house) in 15/20 minutes (30/40 with a pleasant walk). Close to the apartment, several bus stops to reach many tourist and non-tourist destinations, many shops and restaurants, 4 supermarkets, green gardens, the Obihall theater, the Artemio Franchi stadium, the Arno river, the Football Museum, the Federal Football Center, the Campo Marte station. Arrive in 10 min to peidi on the Lungarno, perfect for walking in the green and jogging. 25 minutes walk from Campo di Marte Station. At home you will find several maps including, the map of the district and that of Florence. Rented bicycles by downloading the Mobike app, easily available in the area and throughout the city. Reach Fiesole and its Etruscan excavations with bus 6 to Piazza San Marco and then from there by bus 7. Visit Settignano and the magnificent Villa Gamberaia directly by bus 10. Buses nearby: 6 from / to Florence center and from / to central station (100 meters from home), 200mt bus 3, 10, 20 to other destinations. Easy free street parking (turning in the neighboring streets) and under paid house (blue stripes) *** - white stripes only residents. *** BLUE STRIPES COSTS These parking lots are charged from 8 am to 8 pm (then it's free), from Monday to Saturday, except holidays. The rates in the areas bordering the historic center are 2 euros for the first hour, 3 for the next - the hours are divisible. Pay according to the estimated parking time, pick up the ticket and place it on the dashboard of the car *** Taxi n. NO OTHER GUEST HAS A RIGHT TO ACCESS WITHOUT HAVING HOST IN ADVANCE. *** Not accepted: Parties, events and any type of animal. *** No smoking inside the house, only possible on the balcony. *** OBLIGATORY to show and / or provide your identity documents at check-in to register with the public security as per LAW. °° RESPECT THE CONDOMINIUM, not causing excessive noise (eg by slamming the door or speaking loudly or banging objects etc.) especially after 10 pm and between 2 pm and 4 pm.
