Summary: The check in process was just a bit too slow. When we entered there was no one at the desk and we were directed to an office. I think it would be best for there to be someone to warmly welcome and greet the arrivals instead of them having to find their way to that person. Nonetheless, we were offered complimentary drinks for our wait. The staff was really helpful at breakfast. The cocoa tea was delicious and nostalgic. Overall good stay and worth the price.
