Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort has 32 buildings with two to three floors where its 816 rooms are located, equipped with everything necessary for a luxury vacation in Punta Cana.
The suites and rooms, recently renovated, invite you to discover the Caribbean in a space with an inspiring design and full of light. If you are one of those who seek maximum comfort during your vacations, the Family Suites are perfectly equipped rooms, with modern lines, colors that provide a warm atmosphere and functional spaces.

The rate shown for this listing is for the nightly rate for the room or suite you choose. There is a resort fee that covers the Mandatory all inclusive rate which holds your dates for the room. Prices may vary depending on season. The prices for all inclusive rates are:
1 person $250 a night
2 people $250 a night for each person
3 and 4 person is $175 a night per person (with the first 2 people still at $250 a night)
Children: 6 years or under are free. 7-17 of age is 50% off with a minimum of two adults. With one adult the price will be the standard rate of 125 a night for the child. Except when there is 1 adult in the suite a min of 2 children is required
For example: 3 adults, 1 child (8 years old) for 3 night stay. Your all inclusive price will be .
$250 a night for the first two adults $1500 total
The 3rd adult is $175 a night is $525 total
The child is 50% off the $250 rate is $125 the price for the
child $375.
The total price for this example is $2400. The amount you pay on Airbnb is for your room/suite. The mandatory resort fee pays for all the amenities for example food, alcohol, VIP access to beaches, spa, etc. The resort fee is the additional amount you have to pay in order to confirm your booking at the resort. The mandatory all inclusive resort fee invoice will be sent to the email address you provide.
Now this payment has to be paid within 48 hours of booking, or you forfeit your payment towards the room/suite and stay. If you cancel 60 days or more before checkin date. Full refund will be granted. All deposits for the room and all inclusive fee is paid by invoice sent directly to your email from Fade2Black Investments LLC.
