"Amatheia's Secret", named for the ancient Greek sea goddess, is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom private home with a unique split floor plan nestled among the surrounding lush greenery and tranquil setting. Enjoy any one of your 4 lanais (2 screened & 2 non) or your personal crow's nest or rooftop deck with gulf views and take in the true beauty of all that Sanibel Island has to offer. Upon entering the home at the ground-level foyer you'll be greeted with an open staircase taking you to the first and second living floors or take the in-home elevator up! The first floor boasts the two guest bedrooms both with queen beds, flat screen TVs, and a beautiful shared bathroom that connects to the screened porch with the jetted hot tub. Another flight of stairs up is the main living floor with 16 foot vaulted ceilings showcasing the living room, dining area and gourmet kitchen. The master bedroom suite located off the kitchen area has an attached custom built closet that connects into the master bath featuring double sinks and a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads. A few extra home features include travertine tiles, granite countertops, upgraded appliances & cabinetry, exquisite lighting, house-wide surround sound and a built-in computer area.
