This is a fabulous and luxury Villa privately located right on the beach in Larnaca, Pervolia area. The house has a unique design and and furniture. It is only 15 minutes driving distance from Larnaca city centre, and 15 minutes driving distance from Larnaca Airport.
This Villa can accommodate up to 8 adults. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor. There is a Master bedroom with a queen size bed, private veranda with panoramic sea view, and ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 double beds in each and a shared bathroom in the corridor.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with double fridge, ovens, microwaves, espresso machine, steam cooker, etc.
A separate TV room, from where you can acces a Loft bedroom with 2 singe matraces (Kids love to sleep there)
The house is fully air-conditioned.
Outside There is a big swimming pool with sea water (no chlorine), green yard, barbeque area, bicycles, and outside dining area. from the House yard you walk straight to the beach.
Nearest shop is 900 meters from the house and nearest Supermarket is 5 km from the house. Pervolia Community Centre with traditional tavernas, restaurants and coffee shops is 3 km from the house. The bus stop is only few steps from our complex.
