Lovely apartment located at the quiet beach of Daimuz, with shared pool and accommodation for 5 guests.
The terrace of this fantastic apartment invites to enjoy a pleasant breakfast in the mornings while contemplating the sea in the background. Once you have your batteries recharged, you can go for a short walk for some minutes and spend a wonderful day at the beach. On the way back, you can spend the afternoon at the shared pool of the facility as well. It is a chlorine circular pool that has 10 m diameter and 1.9 m depth. And, for the little ones, it has an integrated children's pool.This first floor apartment, with elevator, has a large living-dining room where to watch TV-SAT, listen to music, read a book or simply enjoy familiar meals next to the air conditioning, which is really powerful to refresh or heat the entire house. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic cooktop. As well as this, there are two dormitories with wardrobe, one having two single beds and the other one boasting both a bunk bed and a single bed. Likewise, there is a toilet and a bathtub bathroom. Upon request, we can also provide you with a cot, a high chair and a fan. Finally, the house has a laundry room too, which features washing machine, portable clothesline, iron and ironing board. In this room, you can leave the 2 beach chairs, the hammock and the sun umbrella (all these provided free of charge) as well, once you come back home from the beach. The location is unbearable since the apartment is at only 80 meters away from Daimuz beach and near to its promenade, perfect to go for a walk, visit craft stores and have lots of fun. There is also an area where you will find all services needed as, for instance, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Oliva Nova golf course is at only 14 km.Note: This renting does not accept guests under 26 years old, except when they travel with their parents.
