Colourful country house for rent for 4 persons full of natural light with beautiful Andalucian details. Wonderful outdoor with private pool and garden with palm trees. The exterior is really charming, relaxing and spacious with well kept lawned areas with many palm trees. The patio area is large which is ideal for families with children as there is a lot of space to run and play around. If you wish to enjoy a holidays in a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, this property is the house you are looking for. This beautiful house is set in a quiet rural area called Son Mesquida only 2 km. from the inland town of Felanitx, in the south-east of Mallorca. In Felanitx you can find shops, restaurants, cafeterias, visit its bustling market which takes place every Sunday morning or take horse riding lessons in the riding school Son Menut. Approx 16km. we find Porto Colom a charming fishing port where it is still possible to see the fishermen repairing the nets on the dock. It offers pretty sandy beaches, many nice restaurants in water front position and during the summer season you can also practice water sports. Close to Porto Colom there is also a golf course. "Es Trenc", the largest sandy beach of Majorca with beautiful turquoise water is approx. 20 minutes drive away. this property is colourful country house full of natural light with beautiful Andalucian details. From the exterior a few steps lead us to the entrance with an exuberant bougainvillea. From the hall there is access to the open airy living/dining area that has direct access to the covered terrace and pool. The kitchen that is located by the living room, is spacious, well equipped, counts with an open fireplace and access to the terrace and pool area. The house has two bedrooms, a double and a twin. The bathroom that is accessed from the living room is spacious and has a big corner bath. The two bedrooms have air conditioning cold/warm with a fixed and limited timetable (22:00h. to 09;00h.). "The owners live in an apartment located on a lower floor adjacent to the house. They are a really friendly couple that doesn't use the pool or garden area". The exterior is really charming, relaxing and spacious with well kept lawned areas with many palm trees. The patio area is large which is ideal for families with children as there is a lot of space to run and play around. It counts also with a pleasant corner with sitting area at the side of the house with many plants and a mature wild olive tree that provides a nice shade; great for the hottest summery days. There is covered terrace overlooking the pool with a table and chairs to enjoy "al fresco" meals. Brick built barbecue close by. The beautiful designed swimming pool (12m. x 7m. x 6m. Depth 1.30 - 1.60 - 2.50) with Roman steps is surrounded by a large sun terrace with reclining sun beds; the ideal spot to enjoy the long summery days. The house counts with a table tennis for fun of all the family.
