Positive: The apartment is in the heart of town, close to everything. Easy access, with an elevator. Well-equipped (dishwashing liquid was missing). Comfortable for a short stay in the evenings. A lot of coffees and restaurants nearby, a market at the same street.
Negative: Parking requires some effort, searching for a space on the surrounding streets. The door handle on our apartment's front door didn't work (it couldn't be opened from the inside without a key). The shower stall leaked due to poor drainage, causing water to accumulate and fill the shower tray. Furthermore, most of the water came out through the hose, not the shower head. It's good that there's a bucket and mop on site... The owner was responding quickly and promised to send repairmen, but I leave my things there when I go out...
Summary: OK, but a lot of annoying flaws
