Positive: an incredible apartment with fantastic views, everything is clean and comfortable. the beach is a couple of minutes walk as well as cafes. a small grocery shop is nearby. i do hope to come back again, and can totally recommend this place - 10 out of 10! ps the apartment is accesible only by stairs (with 90 steps) - it wasn't an issue for us, but it might be something to consider if you have mobility concerns
