The apartment is located on the first floor of the main building, having a separate entrance, and it takes over the entire upper level on a 100m² surface, only 1200 meters away from the Spa of Zalakaros. The apartment house has a 2500m² commonly shared garden which is split into a forecourt and a rear garden. There is also a parking lot for cars. The apartment also has a big balcony, a place where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast on a sunny morning. The apartment can be a good place for those who come here with their family and want to keep their children safe, or for groups of friends. The spacious apartment and the huge garden are ideal for everybody. The area is very quiet, but the center is only one kilometer away so you can get into the hustle and bustle of the crowd there. This building only has this apartment, but in the yard there are 4 other small apartments.
The apartment is located on the upper level taking over a 100m² surface area. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds, yet a number of maximum 2 extra beds can be placed here to accommodate 2 extra people on top of the 6 originally accommodated. This is only valid though if the 2 extra people are children. The price for the extra 2 people would only be a symbolic one. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, both with a shower and a toilet. There is a big living room in the house with a leather sofa and a television set. It has a kitchen with all the major appliances and a dining table. Outside, on the terrace, you can find garden furniture, so you can also have your meals outside, and the house is quite high, so you have a nice view over the area. There is free Wi-Fi in the apartment. You can park your car in the car park in the backyard.
