Very beautiful, historical castle "Borgo Monticelli", from the 11st century, renovated, surrounded by trees. 14 km from the centre of Perugia, 30 km from the centre of Assisi, 70 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 15 km from the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: large garden, 2 swimming pools (16 x 6 m, depth 110 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 08.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue. Private: garden furniture.
