The apartment that I propose is 120 square meters , it is located on the second floor of a beautiful villa of 1800 renovated in 1980 by my father , despite being completely attic you will be able to walk in a straight position in 90% of the house I also remember that the Wi-Fi is present throughout the house and also takes in the garden Reaching it is simple,just climb from the garden the external staircase and you will have arrived on the terrace in which you will find the entrance door. Entering in front of you you will have the door to the laundry bathroom and on your right a folding door that will take you into your apartment. The apartment is divided as follows : Living room with fireplace( of beauty) Bar corner and SmartTv a sofa and two armchairs ( on the bar plan you will find all the info regarding Wi-Fi and excursions) Kitchen with lake view, complete with any appliances Bathroom with bathtub wc and bidet Double bedroom, lake view consisting of two bedside tables, chest of drawers and spacious closet Double bedroom( triple use) with exposed closet. All bedrooms dipsose of linens & towels Also to facilitate recharging your devices there are usb and usb-c sockets on the respective bedside tables. Pets are welcome but should always be communicated before your arrival breed and size of your 4-legged friend. The garden is shared with the possible tenants of the other apartment on the ground floor so it is: FORBIDDEN Parking motorcycles/bikes/cars in the garden ( the parking lot is located a few meters from Adele's house on Via del Pozzo Let dogs/cats free without a leash, they must be escorted out of the gate and possible droppings must be collected Included in the price - Parking - WiFi - Hot water - Electricity - Herbs and herbs available. - Barbecue - Pets allowed. - Equipped garden available for the two apartments Excluded from the price : -Tourist tax
The house belongs to an old court from the 1800s Villa Adele is dedicated to my Grandmother and was restored in 1980 by my father Mario.
