Large and very modern, well-equipped holiday apartment in the Oberharz

This first-class holiday apartment is in Schulenberg in the Harz and has been classified as four-star. It provides an ample 100m² of space for 4 to 6 people.

This modern and comfortable apartment has two double bedrooms each with a French bed. A travel cot or a supplementary bed can be booked in addition for both bedrooms. One of the bedrooms opens onto the terrace with a garden and both are comfortably furnished. The second bedroom even has a walk-in wardrobe. One of the two bathrooms is fitted with a corner bath, while the other has a shower. There are therefore two WCs. The light and inviting living room provides exclusive furniture including a sofa and two sofa beds. It also has a 16: 9 digital satellite TV with a radio, wireless Internet access ad a DVD/CD player. The living and dining room with a kitchen is modern and fully-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, oven (convection), a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, microwave, extractor fan, dining table etc. There is a shared room with a washing machine, dryer, a pantry kitchen, various books, games for all ages, DVDs in all categories and an open bar with various drinks.

Outside there is a large terrace and a fenced garden with groups of seating, loungers, parasols, a gazebo and a grill area. There is ground-floor access through the terrace door that can be locked from the inside and outside, which has blinds. There is a garage for motorbikes, bikes and sports equipment. Dogs can run around freely on the ca. 2000m² fully fenced site.

There is also a safe. All the bathrooms provide a hairdryer, soap, wet wipes, hand towels, shower towels, bathrobes etc. There is space in the bedrooms for a travel cot or supplementary bed. All charges are included (tourist tax, tax, bed linen, towels, bathrobes, Wi-Fi, coffee, tea etc.)
