Summary: The apartment was very clean & comfortable. My apartment was on the 3rd floor and no lift. The manager helped me carry my luggage. She very nice. The directions however, unless you are Italian, were confusing. GPS had me driving down a pedestrian only road right to the front door! I then had to back myself out quite a distance. The parking lot is fairly close, but very busy. You must wait for someone to leave to get a space (10-15 minutes). The breakfast was cereal, yogurt, juice. The beautiful mosaics were worth the trip and all within walking distance. The beach was too far away unless I drove.
