With the free ski bus you can reach the large Hochkönig ski area in just a few minutes, which extends over the towns of Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach. This ski area offers 120 kilometers of slopes, 3 fun parks and 34 cable cars and lifts. In summer, the Sommerstein adventure pool at the eastern end of Maria Alm, the Obsmarkt adventure pool in Saalfelden or the Zeller lido in Zell am See offer lots of bathing fun!
The idyllic town of Maria Alm is a sports paradise and place of pilgrimage in the middle of the Salzburg mountains and offers many other leisure and activity options such as the Prinzenberg Natrun with the Prinzensee and forest rope course.

Summary: Bathroom is brand new as on photos. Beds are very comfortable (not too soft and not too hard). There is great panorama on ski slopes and on the left side of the balcony you can find the view of rocky mountains. All equipments in apartment worked well. There is also lift inside the building. Apartment is situated 500m from center of Maria Alm. The only disadventage is pillar with electric cables 50m away from balcony but does not ruin the view.
