Who does not like to be staying in the center of Palma and have views from the roof to the old town and the cathedral? If you have ever thought about it this is your chance. This charming apartment is located next to the Lonja de Palma, one of the masterpieces of the Gothic architecture of the 15th century. The location is one of the most chosen by our guests because in addition to being in the center you do not need a car to visit the old town and see the charming streets. Just 10 minutes walk you will find Cort, where the town hall is located. And with a couple more minutes you can reach the Plaza Mayor. The accommodation is next to the Paseo Marítimo and walking less than 10 minutes you will reach the STP of Palma. You can enjoy the nearest beach on foot for only 23 minutes. However, there are a lot of means of transport with good connections. The Plaza España and the Intermodal of Palma is about 20 minutes away. From there you can take the train, the subway, or any bus that takes you to the different villages that Mallorca offers. The apartment has a total of 80m2 and 2 rooms composed as follows: In the first room you will find 1 double bed and in the second two single beds. This makes the standard capacity of 4 people, however, a 5th person can sleep at an extra cost on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a rain shower. One of the most outstanding features of the accommodation is the communal terrace. It has beautiful views of the cathedral. One of the strengths of the accommodation is that it has everything you might need. It has WIFI, TV, iron, A / C both in the bedrooms and in the living room, dryer, heating, among others. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle, hob, coffee maker, etc. In case you come with a car there is a private parking with a cost about 100 meters from the apartment. *The keys have to be collected in our local partner FLYING FISH Welcome Office in Palma.* *Check-in at the apartment is possible under request and has additional cost. Must be confirmed.* *Check-in hours 16-21h. Arrivals after these hours must be coordinated with the FLYING FISH welcome office. Early arrivals depending on the availability* *Guests must inform the host with the arrival time and flight number.
