The apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor without elevator in the Las Velas complex and was built in the Ibiza style typical of Cala d'Or (white, flat cube buildings). A beautiful, unheated community pool with sun loungers is available. This is a quiet, exclusive apartment complex with only 26 apartments. No parties or similar events are tolerated.
The apartment is approx. 83 m² + 10 m² terrace, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4), 2 bathrooms, living room with half-open kitchen, washing machine, satellite TV. Air conditioning in all rooms.
