Small apartment house newly built in 2020: Quiet and idyllic in the district of Milders in the midst of the magnificent mountains of the Stubai Alps (1,000 m above sea level). The Stubaital offers unforgettable impressions and with four ski areas a large selection for all winter sports enthusiasts. The ski bus to the Stubai Glacier stops not far from the house. Milders is located approx. 1 km from Neustift village and approx. 12 km from the Stubai Glacier and is above all an ideal starting point for guests who would like to ski on the Stubai Glacier. A free ski bus takes you directly to the valley station at the Mutterbergalm. The town itself offers restaurants and two ski rental stations. Look forward to an active winter holiday in the Stubaital. Activities nearby: Austria's largest glacier ski area, the Stubai Glacier (1,721m - 3,213m) with absolute snow reliability from October to June and only 45 minutes by car south of Innsbruck in the magnificent high mountain world, provides around 104 km of fantastic slopes all year round for skiing fun. Already directly from the parking lot of the Stubaier Gletscherbahn you will float with the new 3S-Bahn and with a lot of comfort up to the Eisgrat mountain station next winter. 3S stands for 3-rope technology (2 carrying ropes and 1 traction rope) and makes the cable car less sensitive to the prevailing wind on the glacier
