GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The property is situated on a well-ventilated knoll overlooking the surrounding countryside, it has a large garden with pergola and barbecue and a beautiful swimming pool (at your own use), surrounded by fragrant lavender plants. Although inserted in a context of 4 other units, the property is totally fenced to guarantee privacy and absolute tranquility. Renovated in the most authentic Tuscan style, in Villa Dante you can breathe a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere typical of country houses.
INTERIORS
The property is on two levels. On the ground floor in a slightly elevated position, the charming living room, with working fireplace, totally overlooking the veranda thanks to large French doors.
On the same floor there is the first double bedroom flooded with natural light and also with direct entrance to the garden. On a slightly staggered floor you meet a bathroom with shower and the charming fully equipped kitchen from which you can directly access the garden where you can consume delicious outdoor meals.
The upper floor is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area with the remaining two bedrooms. Beyond a small laundry corner is the master bedroom equipped with an en-suite bathroom with a splendid bathtub and wardrobe room. The other master bedroom with divisible beds and en-suite bathroom with bathtub is air-conditioned.
We specify that the property, thanks to its dominant position and the materials used, is naturally cool and airy, so it was not necessary to install air conditioning in its rooms, except for the third bedroom on the upper floor.
Villa Dante is the perfect place to enjoy the Tuscan countryside but strategically located to visit the main tourist attractions such as Florence, Siena, Chianti and much more.
