Positive: The apartment has two balcony. The town is nice. There is sandy beach with shallow water where small kids can play very well. The night is quiet after 10 PM. Pleasant temperatures even in case of bad weather. Very few flying insects. The beach is close.
Negative: Separate fee for bed linen, towels and room cleaning. Compromised cleanliness due to "cleaning by the last guest" (e.g. bed covers, tableclothes, etc.). The plughole of the shower sink did not work very well, causing flooding in the bathroom/toilet. Separate physical switches for air conditioning, water heater, and its sensor making the usage confusing. The current is not engineered to the lots of appliances in the apartment so that those blow the fuse. There is a gas hotplate but no oven in the kitchen. There is just one bucket, but there is no mop, ordinary mop bucket (for squeezing mop), and cleaning liquid although "cleaning by the last guest" - i.e. us -option offered and accepted.
