Summary: Overall pretty nice. Wanted to BBQ but ran out of propane and had no grill tools. Advertised as non-smoking but could smell smoke coming from another part of the property. Kitchen pots and pans in very bad shape, rusty. Particle board in parts of the porch and laundry room. Very much a work in progress but will be nice once it's finished.
