Set in Myloniana Village, this is the a holiday home for friends, families & loved ones with a difference. With home-from-home comforts, the villa combines elegance and unique touches to ensure a stay less ordinary in its three available bedrooms. The Villa offers clean appeal design, at its three bedrooms & bathrooms, an open plan living-cum area with a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor settings are wonderful also, featuring a 50m2 Private Pool (non heated) with hydromassage features (non heated), a children’ pool & and a Dining area, with BBQ (charcoal) making this residence a one-of-a-kind for family gatherings.

This residence lays in 200m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 50m² private swimming pool (1,50 meters deep, non-heated), also boasting hydromassage features (4 seater), children’s pool (0,70 metres depth), sun-beds & umbrellas. Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the outdoor dining area. One bedroom & Living area have access to the pool area. There is sufficient parking space for up to 2-3 cars outside of the residence premises. Kindly note that the upper level of this home is not accessible by guests. The entire villa lays on the ground floor.
