This beautiful property sits on 3.5 acres. If you enjoy being outside there are lots of spots to hang out and relax. These include: hanging bed, hammock, courtyard, patio, etc. The inside space consists of the entire 2nd level (The Art Gallery) including a dedicated bedroom, bedroom / sitting room combo with twin day beds and a large bathroom. The entire space is filled with beautiful artwork created by hosts wife. The Art Gallery is one of 5 rentals offered by Green Pastures Getaways.
Everyone that has visited has fallen in love with the property! We think you will too! We've lived here for over 25 years and fell in love with it as soon as we turned in the driveway that very first time.
Guests will access through the front door of home into the foyer which is partitioned off from the remainder of the main level with sliding Barn Doors to insure the privacy of our guests. Immediately upon entering the home is the staircase leading up to The Art Gallery. Guests will have access to the entire 2nd level (The Art Gallery) of the home along with the wonderful outdoor spaces all over the 3.5 acres. Coming and going is very easy.
My wife and I live here on the main level of the house which is partitioned off from the foyer / entry way with beautiful customer barn doors . We've raised 5 children here and now they are all out of the house. We'll typically meet you upon arrival to show you the space and answer any questions you may have. We will be available as needed and want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. You're likely to see some deer making there way around as well as lot's of other wildlife.
The Art Gallery is located only 5 minutes from I-65 and is very convenient to several local communities including Montevallo, Calera, Alabaster and Columbiana. Other places of interest are a short drive away. Birmingham - 35 minutes, Tuscaloosa - 60 minutes, Lay Lake - 20 minutes...……….
