She sleeps 8-10 guests in 5, 556 square feet over 3 levels; featuring 5 wood and propane fireplaces inside and out, breath-taking spiral staircase, geothermal heat/AC, lighted apple grove, and two master bedrooms. The Space: This mansion is unlike any home in Atlantic Canada. On the Aspotogan Peninsula you will approach a private, gated driveway. Down the gravel driveway Harbour Mist will glisten in the sun with an outstanding ocean background. You’ll notice the apple orchard, adorable outbuildings, and French-inspired landscaping. This home commands your attention from every view. The main level features a custom kitchen, dining area, formal seating area, 1/2 bath, television room, and the first master bedroom with full bath. Enjoy the incredible wood-burning fireplace in the formal living room which can be enjoyed with a grate or glass screen. The first master bedroom has a propane fireplace. Words cannot begin to describe the level of thought and taste in this home’s design. Gorgeous timber beams are complimented by the unbelievable ocean views throughout. The second level features 2 guest bedrooms and full bath, as well as the second master bedroom with full bath, walk-in closet, and private balcony with wood burning fireplace. This level also features a casual seating area, Juliette balcony, and laundry room with commercial laundry machines. Finally, up the remaining spiral stairs, the third level is anchored by a seating area with undisrupted ocean views — the ideal spot for a morning coffee. To the left is a yoga/dance studio (or ideal location for our cozy king air mattress), and to the right is a television and bar area with 70 inch 3D television. Guest Access: Guests have private access to the entire property, including 2.65 acres and 192 feet of oceanfront and private beach. If you have not prearranged an event with us, you are not permitted to have more than the agreed upon number of guests.
