Surrounded by a large terrace and fenced garden represents the ideal place to spend relaxing moments underneath the olive and oak trees. A small corner is dedicated to the BBQ and wood-burning oven. Only a few km far from the well-known Etruscan town of Cortona rich in traditions, culture, art and culinary history. Its strategic position makes it the ideal base to visit the major cultural and city centres in Central Italy. The house is developed on 3 floors, each with direct access from the outside.
