Summary:
Small family chalet on the banks of the Rivière du lac rouge on the border of St-Didace and St-Alexis des Monts.
The grounds are private, with no neighbors, and the river is swimmable.
The house is designed to accommodate families. Many amenities for children are accessible.
The Space:
On the first floor you'll find an open-plan living room/kitchen and dining room, as well as a large bathroom with bath and shower and the master bedroom. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room.
The wall overlooking the river is almost entirely fenestrated, so you may be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of a flock of birds or a deer passing by!
In the basement, you'll find the children's bedroom with a bunk bed and crib, a laundry room, a playroom and a boudoir that can be converted into a bedroom with another queen size bed.
On the same level, two huge patio doors lead directly to the outdoor fire pit and river.
There's also a gazebo right next to the house, where you can enjoy your meals without being bothered by mosquitoes.
In winter, you can watch the snow fall from the trees as you warm up by the fire; magical!

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a raclette machine and a fondue dish.
