Positive: The place is lovely and spacious; the location is ideal; the view of the ocean and the valley behind was great from the glassed-in porch (marquee) off the main bedroom.
Negative: Be prepared to waste money buying things you won't be able to take with you: trash bags, shower gel, dish soap, coffee, sugar, firewood... Basic things you think would be provided, especially at the price; Do your own research regarding activities, sights, eateries...; Be sure to ask about check out procedures WELL in advance so you don't risk missing your flight waiting for a response...; If all three bedrooms are to be utilized, be prepared to traipse down the stairs and through the common areas - where your housemates may be gathered - to get to the shower! and, If young children are included, plan on having them disturb you to use the WC in the main bedroom so they don't risk falling down the stairs in the middle of the night! Adults in the second and third bedrooms beware of drinking too much and facing the same risk to get to the bathroom at night.
