Positive: The location is amazing! Close to Testacco and Orange Gardens. Subway ride to the city center. If you prefer to walk - you'll enjoy it. About 20-30 min from Pantheon, depends on how fast you walk.

Negative: The coffee machine was missing. So no sitting on a wonderful porch, enjoying my espresso for me :(
