Summary: Rooms were never cleaned during our stay. I guess thats a service they do not offer. Everything remain the same. Garbage werent taken out. We had to look for fresh towels, toilet paper after a long day out. They turn off the water at one point in the night. Dont go out and get back late as security has to be inside assisting guest. We wait at the gate for 20 mins to get in. The customer service needs to be worked on. The lady was helpful but need to at least smile.
