Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Room is large and spacious. The interior is nice.

Negative: The specified room and floor were incorrect, as there were already people staying there. We had to contact the hotel representative to resolve this issue. The stairs are extremely narrow and steep, making it impossible to carry suitcases upstairs. They have to be left downstairs in the common area. The bathroom has no door, and there is no glass partition separating it from the room either.

Summary: The positive thing is that the problem was handled very promptly and efficiently.
