Positive: Offered a car park, staff tried to help
Negative: 2 hours lost in Checkin, had to change many rooms on the first day, first room was a twin room instead of the double room I booked, second room was a double room but just 8 m2 and very dark with broken window, then we had to settle for in a twin room as a 3rd change. evening reception is only in French, room was okish. Car park entrance was blocked with other cars which the hotel did not take care much. I have stayed in Catalonia chain hotels and NH hotels they are 3 star, compared to those hotels the b & b Rouen certainly is a 2 star hotel as it did not have proper facilities.
