This vast 18th century house (160 m2) has a large living room, a superb dining room with moldings and 5 air-conditioned bedrooms. You will enjoy a beautiful terrace under the hundred-year-old plane trees as well as a large swimming pool offering a panoramic view of the Sainte-Victoire, famous mountain immortalized by the painter Paul Cézanne.
Outside, within the 4000 m2 garden, respecting the Provençal tradition, the country house offers several furnished terraces:
Agréable a pleasant terrace shaded by hundred-year-old plane trees (it offers a view of the city of Aix-en-Provence);
T an arbor decorated with a climbing rose which blooms in spring;
Anciennes an ancient stone terrace, accessible from the living room and perfectly in the shade for midday meals in summer.
