This beautiful private family vacation home is located on the south side of Hwy 98 & less than 100 yards to the secluded beach access! "Ohana" features a fresh and vibrant spin on vacationing with new tile and wood flooring, new kitchen backsplash and granite countertops, spacious yard and outdoor seating for the whole crew. Don't wait to join us at "Ohana," it's family fun for all in an amazing location with plenty of parking!
Welcoming you in on the Ground/First level of the home is a cozy media lounge. There is a full sized fridge perfect for holding some extra refreshments! There is a Queen/Queen bunk and stand alone queen bed, two queen suites and a shared full hall bathroom completing this level. Share some memories in the lounge are with a great outdoor view from the large French doors!
Take the stairs to the second/main living level where the fresh air and bright views greet you with open arms. Enjoy sweeping natural views in the open concept living, dining and kitchen areas with room for everyone to move around freely and fellowship as a group! The living room features plush comfortable leather couches, and a large wall mount flat screen TV. Step over into the dining area with seating for at least 10-12 at either the dining table or built in breakfast nook. The kitchen is modern and coastal with all stainless steel appliances, two coffee makers, basin sink and plenty of counter space for food prep. We're in love with the tile backsplash and funky light fixtures in the kitchen too, mark this as a personal favorite. Finishing this level is a Queen Bedroom just off the living room and full shared hall bathroom.
On the third floor, 9 guests will enjoy spacious sleeping arrangements and plenty of bathroom space. The large master king suite features a sprawling private bathroom with stand up shower and water closet, dual vanities and perfectly laid tile flooring. The master also features a built in twin/twin bunk just outside the bathroom. In the common space on the third floor, the young ones can watch their favorite shows and drift off to dreamland in the twin/queen bunk. The third and final bedroom on the top floor is a beautiful king suite with private bathroom, featuring a shower tub combo and separate water closet.

* This home only rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.
* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children and families.
* PARKING: Plenty of Parking for up to 6 Vehicles.
* BEACH ACCESS: Only 50 Steps to the sugar white sands!
*Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*
