Positive: clean close to the old city walking distance to the beach plenty of restaurants around

Negative: apartment related: no large towels and small iron (it looks like palm iron so I had to buy a regular one) building related: no elevator cityhall related: water fountains from ground floor running from 9AM till 00AM during summer time and seagulls making noise starting 5-6 am :)
