Summary: The villa was very clean, well equipped and comfortable for our extended family, including 2 year old grandchild. The covered porch and roof deck spaces were wonderful for hanging out, eating meals and napping. A nice supply of beach toys, masks, etc. were provided, along with tennis racquets (though the community tennis court was in petty rough shape). Easy access to the beach for walking, and swimming after a short walk. Access is through a locked beach gate and across the street--the house and Solimar community felt very safe. It's a lovely quiet community and the villa, being the end unit among low-rise townhouses, provided a wonderful sense of privacy and exposure on three sides. Christophe was very responsive and helpful. We would easily return for a longer stay if we have the chance.
